Booking & Reservations
1 Holding a Date
A date is not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a written confirmation is issued.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private dining, catering, and wedding services.
Deposit amounts vary depending on service type and will be stated on your proposal or invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of service without refund of deposit.
Guest Count & Changes
1 Final Headcount
Final guest count must be confirmed 7–14 days before the event (based on service type).
This number becomes the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes.
